Welcome to SiteSecPros.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

SiteSecPros offers WordPress website maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • a. Core, plugin, and theme updates

  • b. Monthly verified backups

  • c. Security scanning and monitoring

  • d. Monthly reports detailing completed tasks

These services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) as outlined in our Pricing details.


2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • a. Providing access to your WordPress admin and hosting environment

  • b. Maintaining valid licenses for any third-party themes or plugins you use

  • c. Notifying us of major site changes that could affect performance or security


We are not liable for issues caused by unsupported, nulled, or outdated third-party software.


3. Scope of Work

SiteSecPros provides routine maintenance services only. This does not include:

  • a. Emergency recovery from third-party hacks or data loss not covered by verified backups

  • b. Custom development, design, or performance tuning

  • c. Email hosting, DNS, or third-party platform issues (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

d. Requests outside the scope of service may be quoted separately.


4. Subscription & Payment

By subscribing, you authorize SiteSecPros to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; however:

  • a. Due to setup costs and tool requirements, no refunds are issued for partial months or unused time on annual plans

  • b. Service ends at the end of your current billing cycle upon cancellation


Failed payments may result in suspension of service.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteSecPros shall not be liable for:

  • a. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • b. Loss of business, revenue, or data due to external hosting failures, plugin conflicts, or force majeure events

Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered is limited to the amount paid for that month or billing period.


6. Data & Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share client data. We access your site only for the purpose of fulfilling contracted services. You agree to our Privacy Policy which outlines data protection practices.


7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at our discretion if:

  • a. The client engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

  • b. Repeated failure to provide access or cooperate with necessary updates

  • c. Payment is not received within 14 days of due date

You may also cancel service at any time without penalty.


8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on this site are the property of SiteSecPros or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.


9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, CA.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
